The prerequisite for participation in the audition for participants who are not covered by the EU's right to freedom of movement is a residence status that allows a work permit to be issued. Travel costs will be reimbursed up to an amount of €50 in accordance with the provisions of national law on audition travel. Audition participants will be reimbursed the necessary travel costs of the lowest class of a regularly scheduled means of transport, but no daily allowances or overnight allowances. Possible fare reductions must be claimed and announced. Participants from abroad will only be reimbursed for travelling expenses from the German border. By registering for the audition, you recognise all these provisions.
Candidates invited to audition should register at the orchestra office on the day of the audition. Please ring the bell at the stand in the courtyard of the Görreshaus. You will then be allocated your audition room. A limited number of rehearsal rooms will be available from 1.5 hours before the audition begins.
