The internship includes rehearsals, concerts and opera performances (ca. 15 per month), coaching and tuition by a member of the section, chamber music projects with other trainees, introduction to employment law and labour agreement. We recommend a change of domicile to Aachen or near Aachen due to time and effort the internship requires.
Duration: 1 year
Fee: 800 € per month
Conditions for application:
- no other internship in a professional orchestra lasting for more than 6 months
- no fix job in another professional orchestra
- final exam no longer than 2 years ago or being enrolled at an university/conservatory for more than 2 years
- citizenship of an EU-member state or being enrolled at a German university or work permit for Germany
- interest in playing on historical instruments

We don´t refund any travel or accomodation expenses.
