Participants who are not covered by the EU's right to freedom of movement must have a residence status that allows them to obtain a work permit in order to take part in the audition. We kindly ask you to present proof of this at the audition. Travelling expenses will be reimbursed up to an amount of €50 in accordance with the national regulations on audition travel. Audition participants will be reimbursed the necessary travel costs of the lowest class of a regularly scheduled means of transport, but no daily allowances or overnight allowances. Possible fare reductions must be claimed and announced. Participants from abroad will only be reimbursed for travelling expenses from the German border. By registering for the audition, you recognise all these provisions.
Candidates invited to audition should report to the orchestra office on the day of the audition. Please ring the bell at the stand (orange arrow) in the courtyard of the Görreshaus. You will then be allocated your audition room. A limited number of rehearsal rooms will be available from 1.5 hours before the audition begins.
