The Folkwang Chamber Orchestra Essen is looking for: Principal/deputy concertmaster from 1 November 2024
Job description:
Musicians who are interested in the special tasks (approx. 150 services per season) in an innovative, independent and professional chamber orchestra under the artistic direction of Johannes Klumpp should send their application to us by 25 September 2024.
The Folkwang Chamber Orchestra is a professional chamber orchestra for the promotion of young orchestral talent. The maximum 150 services per season provided for in the fixed contract correspond to approx. half a position. Remuneration is based on these requirements.
Miscellaneous
Compulsory concert:
W. A. Mozart violin concerto in A, D or G major (1st movement with cadenza)
Compulsory piece:
J. S. Bach one movement from a solo sonata
Orchestral parts:
will be sent upon invitation.

05 October 2024, 11.30 a.m.
Applicants please note that a place of residence (including a second place of residence) in Germany is required upon conclusion of the contract, as no separate travel expenses can be paid. |
