Pierre Mastrangelo

Pierre Mastrangelo, nato in una famiglia di artisti, si diploma presso la scuola di Mittenwald e completa la sua specializzazione in restauro nei laboratori di Charles Beare a Londra e di Etienne Vatelot a Parigi.

Born into an artistic family, Pierre Mastrangelo graduated from the Mittenwald School before completing his training in restoration at Charles Beare’s workshop in London and then at Etienne Vatelot’s in Paris. He worked as Pierre Gerber’s assistant from 1971 to 1987, when he became his successor in the same way of thinking.

Pierre Mastrangelo, issu d’une famille d’artistes, obtient son diplôme à l’école de Mittenwald et complète sa formation en restauration dans l'atelier de Charles Beare à Londres, puis dans celui d'Etienne Vatelot à Paris. Dès 1971, il seconde Pierre Gerber puis, dans un même esprit, lui succède en 1987.

Pierre Mastrangelo stammt aus einer Künstlerfamilie. Er legte seine Gesellenprüfung an der Mittenwald Geigenbauschule ab und vervollständigte seine Ausbildung in Restaurierung bei Charles Beare in London und bei Etienne Vatelot in Paris. Pierre Mastrangelo hat Pierre Gerber ab 1971 unterstützt. 1987 hat er seine Nachfolge mit dem gleichen Geist übernommen.
