The first Violin notes, built at the age of 12 years, lead Pietro Grasso to realize, sixty years after, high quality violins with excellent sound, being faithful to the oldest tradional techniques of the Old Masters.
Combining a Childhood passion together with the great experience earned in the field of art furniture, he creates Handmade violins and combines accuracy, precision and multi-year maturation woods in the realization of brilliant violins, always inspired by models of A. Stradivari, A. Amati and Guarnieri del Gesù
The great attention to each and every detail lead him up to world out a special wood carving process that provides violins with a great sound effect. Involved not only in the violins' manufacturing, Pietro Grasso also sells raw material to lute masters and following a lifetime passion he's able to create professional instruments endowed with a rare beauty and a charmed sound.
