He has participated in various international violin making competitions, where his works have been acknowledged with numerous First Prize Awards and Gold Medals (Mittenwald 1989 - Poznan 1996 - Esztergom 2000 - Nachod 2004), as well as a large number of awards in special categories, such as best varnish, best workmanship and best sound quality. He has even been invited to take part in the juries at several different competitions.
