The service includes the publication of the announcement of an audition through the compilation of a form which allows for the collection of the information to be provided to potential candidates.
Once the insertion has been completed it is promoted through its publication on dbStrings' website, on our Facebook page (with over 100,000 Likes) and on the other principal social media networks (Twitter, LinkedIn).
It is possible to attach a PDF document, useful for the distribution of the procedures of audition and/or relevant orchestral passages.
The listing thus compiled is then presented in seven different languages: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese.
The insertion will remain visible up until the final day of registration or the date of the audition. If neither date should be specified, the insertion will remain visible for 90 days beginning from the date of publication.

Collective Promotion
On the first Monday or Thursday following the date of publication, the insertion will be promoted through dbStrings' Facebook page toegether with the other insertions which have been registered in the same period.
In the same way, on the first Monday following the date of publication, the insertion will be promoted in nearly 300 Facebook groups.

Statistics
The publication of each insertion includes a statistics service which permits the following numbers to be monitored:
- how many times the listing has been visualized
- how many times the attached document has been downloaded
- how many users have clicked on the link to the audition, the institutional site, and/or social media pages.

Information requests
It is possible, from within the announcement listing, to activate a form which allows for potential candidates to submit an information request.
