Salary : From 812.061,- to 892.102,- NOK (depending on seniority)
Responsibilities:
Concertmaster and Co-Leader share equally leading the orchestra
Serve as the section leader for the string group, overseeing its artistic development.
Collaborate closely with other section leaders, group leaders, administration, and the chief conductor.
Participate in meetings concerning program planning.
Manage rotation and tasks within the violin group.
Personal requirements:
Outstanding musical and artistic abilities.
Good cooperation and ensemble skills.
Good leadership skills, socially and artistically.
Workload:
Maximum of 29 weeks of playing in the orchestra per year.
Audition requirements:
Mozart: Violin concerto 3, 4 or 5 (free choice) 1. and 2. movement (with cadenza).
Violin concerto by Beethoven, Brahms, Sibelius, or Tchaikovsky, 1. movement (with cadenza).
